Amir Kabiri

Pablo 'merKur' Kohan, Founder and CEO
Prior to founding Ximpo, Mr. Kohan served as Director of Technologic
Research in Mobixell Networks, where he was responsible for strategic
technologies and development, and ambassador for various standards
committees(3GPP, WMF, IMTC, STRIMM).
Previously, Mr. Kohan was A.VP R&D in Computer Associates (NYSE: CA),
which acquired Platinum/Memco Software Inc. (NASDAQ: MEMCF) in March 1999.
There, he served in several positions since its foundation in 1993, and was
personally involved in the design and development of its two best-of-breed
security products.
He served as Senior Software Engineer and Architect of the flagship
product SeOS Access Control for Open Systems (today: CA-eTrust Access Control),
and as Architect and Technical Lead for Proxima Single-Sign-On
(today: CA-eTrust Single-Sign-On), to World-wide Software Infrastructure
Division Manager of Memco/Platinum (NASDAQ: PLATF).
Mr. Kohan has been involved in professional software development and
management since 1982.
He exposes a well-rounded professional background which includes network and
systems management, low-level and high-end applications development,
consulting, training, and extensive technical support for customers located
around the world.
Mr. Kohan's expertise focuses on Kernel/Embedded, Streaming Media, Security,
Unix and client-server technologies, and is an Open-Source activist involved
with Linux since 1994.

Amir Kabiri,
Business Strategy Advisor to the Board of Directors
Mr. Kabiri is a senior business consultant.
He has a B.A. degree in economics and sociology from the Hebrew University in
Jerusalem and a M.A. degree in public administration from Tel-Aviv
University.
Mr. Kabiri was one of the founders of the Small Business Authority of
Israel, and became the chief economist and the Small Business
Development Center's (SBDC) chief coordinator.
From Israel's SBA, he moved to manage the Tel-Aviv SBDC, which, at that time,
was the largest in Israel.
In 1997 Mr. Kabiri opened his own office, which specializes in managing
and consultation for companies and public organizations, including:
Strategic and economic planning, preparing business plans and economic
feasibility analysis, managing services for companies and organizations,
assisting efficiency-increasing and profitability-improvement processes,
preparing and guiding recovery programs.
Mr. Kabiri is a certified consultant for the Israeli Ministry of Industry and
Trade, the Ministry of Housing and Construction and the Jewish Agency.
